Instructions: Cancel your membership subscription
Firstly... sorry to see you go. I will not take it personally!
The process is quite straight forward, inside your account.
1. Log in to your account - link here. If you have forgotten your password, click on forgot your password to receive an emial with instructions. You can reach out to me to cancel your subscription, by clicking the button at ther bottom of this page.
2. Once logged in, click on the Avatar icon and then select Billing.
3. The Billing pop up will appear. Click on the Subscriptions tab.
4. In the Subscriptions tab, click on the vertical ... and then select Cancel.
5. Once clicked, there will be a warning modal that will appear on the screen to confirm if you want to cancel the subscription. If yes, simply click on the Continue button.
6. When you click on Continue, the status will change to Cancelled.
